Whale Watching
Whale watching in Costa Rica is a breathtaking experience, especially along the southern Pacific coast where humpback whales migrate twice a year. From July to October and again from December to April, these gentle giants can be seen breaching and playing in the warm tropical waters.
The best spots to catch a glimpse are Uvita (home to the Marino Ballena National Park) and the Golfo Dulce, where calm waters offer perfect viewing conditions.
